Iona is all about experiences for connection and joy. She runs workshops on Authentic Relating, Embodied Games, Flirty Dancing, 5 senses dating, improvised partner dancing and other engaging group bonding activities.
She believes in the transformational potential of gatherings of curious, heart-centred people, to connect to oneself and each other.
